Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
Cut each lasagna noodle in half.

Gently press one noodle half into each muffin cup, allowing the ends to overlap and create a cup shape.
Step 5: Assemble the Lasagna Cups
Place about 1 tablespoon of meat sauce into each noodle cup.
Add 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture.
Add another spoonful of meat sauce.
Top with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat until all cups are filled evenly.
