Step 3 – Load the blender correctly.
Order matters.

Pour in the cold milk first (this helps the blades catch).

Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract.

Add the frozen banana coins on top.

Sprinkle in the nutmeg (if using).
Step 4 – Blend on low → high.

Start on Low speed for 10 seconds to break up the bananas.

Increase to Medium for 20 seconds. You’ll see a vortex form.

Crank to High for 30–45 seconds until the sound changes from “chugging rocks” to a smooth, quiet whirl.
The shake is ready when it moves as one mass — no chunks, no liquid sloshing separately.

Step 5 – Scrape and finish.
Stop the blender. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides. Blend again on High for 10 final seconds.
Phase 3: Serve (1 minute – Intensity: Extremely Low, purely joy)
Step 6 – Pour and garnish.
Divide the thick shake between your two chilled glasses. Top with whipped cream if you’re feeling festive. Add a fresh banana slice on the rim and a dusting of cinnamon.
Step 7 – Drink immediately.
This milkshake does not wait. The texture is perfect for the first 5 minutes. After that, it begins to melt. Sip, smile, repeat.
