Creamy Banana Milkshake

Phase 1: The Prep (2 minutes – Intensity: Very Low)

Step 1 – Freeze your bananas properly.
Peel the 2 bananas. Slice them into ½-inch coins. Spread the coins in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for at least 2 hours (or overnight). Do not skip this. Fresh bananas will give you banana milk, not a milkshake.

Pro tip: Always keep a zip-top bag of frozen banana slices in your freezer. They are the foundation of 90% of creamy drinks.

Step 2 – Chill your glass (optional but intense).
Place your two glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes while you blend. This keeps the shake colder for longer.
