Gather these before you touch your blender.

2 large ripe bananas (the spottier the skin, the sweeter the shake) – Must be frozen

1 cup (240 ml) cold whole milk – Sub: oat milk, almond milk, or 2%

½ cup (120 g) plain Greek yogurt – This is the “creamy” secret. Sub: vanilla yogurt or ¼ cup heavy cream

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional, but life-changing)

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional – taste your banana first; you likely won’t need it)
For garnish (optional but pretty):

Banana slice on the rim

Cinnamon dusting
