Blueberry Yogurt Cake

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients using a spatula. Mix until just combined.

Avoid overmixing the batter because it can make the cake dense instead of soft and tender.

Step 5: Prepare the Blueberries

Toss the blueberries with 1 tablespoon of flour. This helps prevent them from sinking to the bottom during baking.

Gently fold the blueberries into the batter.

Step 6: Transfer Batter to Pan

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.

If desired, sprinkle a few extra blueberries on top for a beautiful presentation.

Step 7: Bake the Cake

Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

The top should be lightly golden and slightly firm to the touch.
