Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cookies

Cookie Dough

  • 200g creamy peanut butter
  • 150g sugar (or half brown sugar for softer texture)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
