1. Prepare the Dough
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Fold in crushed Butterfinger pieces.
2. Shape the Cookies
- Scoop dough into small balls.
- Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Press lightly with a fork for a crisscross pattern.
3. Bake
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
- Centers should remain soft.
4. Cool and Serve
- Let cookies cool on the tray for a few minutes.
- Transfer to a rack and cool completely.
