Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cookies

1. Prepare the Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. Stir in baking soda and salt.
  5. Fold in crushed Butterfinger pieces.

2. Shape the Cookies

  1. Scoop dough into small balls.
  2. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Press lightly with a fork for a crisscross pattern.

3. Bake

  1. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
  2. Centers should remain soft.

4. Cool and Serve

  1. Let cookies cool on the tray for a few minutes.
  2. Transfer to a rack and cool completely.
