300g beef tripe (cleaned and sliced)
2–3 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Fresh parsley or green onions (chopped)
1.5–2 liters water
