Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan or line the bottom with parchment paper.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.

Pour in the melted butter and mix until the texture resembles wet sand.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan, creating an even layer.

Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow it to cool while preparing the filling.

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. This step is important for achieving a silky cheesecake texture.

Add the powdered sweetener and continue mixing until fully incorporated.

Mix in the eggs one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition.

Add sour cream, vanilla extract, heavy cream, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate.

Continue mixing until the filling is completely smooth and no lumps remain.

Avoid overmixing, as excess air can cause cracks during baking.
