– 4 medium potatoes (cubed)
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp mayonnaise
– 500g beef chunks
– 1 small onion (sliced)
– 1 tbsp browning sauce
– ½ cucumber (diced)
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
– 2 cups cabbage (shredded)
– 1 tsp thyme
– ½ tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp salt
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tomato (diced)
