- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- Whisk in sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Pour into a lined cake pan.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
2. Make the Oreo Cheesecake
- Lower oven to 160°C.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in vanilla and heavy cream.
- Fold in crushed Oreos.
- Pour over cooled brownie layer.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes until set.
- Turn off oven, crack the door open, and cool slowly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
3. Peanut Butter Frosting
- Beat butter and peanut butter until creamy.
- Add powdered sugar gradually.
- Add vanilla and milk until smooth and fluffy.
4. Chocolate Ganache
- Heat cream until hot (not boiling).
- Pour over chocolate.
- Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until glossy.
5. Assembly
- Remove cheesecake from pan.
- Spread peanut butter frosting evenly on top.
- Pour ganache over the cake.
- Let it drip naturally down the sides.
- Decorate with Oreos and drizzle peanut butter.
