Peanut Butter Oreo Brownie Cheesecake Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. Whisk in sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Pour into a lined cake pan.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
  8. Let cool completely.

2. Make the Oreo Cheesecake

  1. Lower oven to 160°C.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in vanilla and heavy cream.
  5. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  6. Pour over cooled brownie layer.
  7. Bake for 45–55 minutes until set.
  8. Turn off oven, crack the door open, and cool slowly.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

3. Peanut Butter Frosting

  1. Beat butter and peanut butter until creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar gradually.
  3. Add vanilla and milk until smooth and fluffy.

4. Chocolate Ganache

  1. Heat cream until hot (not boiling).
  2. Pour over chocolate.
  3. Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until glossy.

5. Assembly

  1. Remove cheesecake from pan.
  2. Spread peanut butter frosting evenly on top.
  3. Pour ganache over the cake.
  4. Let it drip naturally down the sides.
  5. Decorate with Oreos and drizzle peanut butter.
