Million Dollar Baked Ravioli

25 ounces cheese ravioli
1 pound ground beef
24 ounces pasta sauce
½ cup yellow onion, diced
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 ½ cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
¼ cup butter
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef and onions. Cook until the beef is browned and no longer pink, then drain the grease. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, and chicken bouillon powder. Stir in the pasta sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes before setting aside.

In another skillet over low heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the heavy whipping cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Slowly add the Parmesan cheese in small handfuls, stirring well after each addition until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then let the sauce cool slightly.

Spread a layer of meat sauce into a 7×11 baking dish. Layer ravioli over the sauce, then add a layer of cream sauce. Repeat the layering process one more time and finish with meat sauce on top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dish.

Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, then broil on high for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on top. Serve warm and enjoy!
