To make this delicious bowl you will need to gather several items for the different layers. Please make sure you have everything ready before you start cooking so the process is smooth and easy.

2 pounds of russet potatoes or gold potatoes for the mash

1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small bite sized pieces
