These mini bagel bites are soft on the inside, lightly crisp on the outside, and packed with protein thanks to cottage cheese! Perfect for a quick snack, post-school bite, or cozy weekend treat. No yeast, no boiling, and incredibly easy—just mix, shape, and cook!
Ingredients (makes 10–12 bites)
1 cup cottage cheese (240 ml | 220 g)
1 large egg
¾ cup almond flour or oat flour (75 g almond flour | 80 g oat flour)
1 tsp baking powder (5 ml | 4 g)
Pinch of salt (0.5 g)
Optional toppings: Everything Bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, or a sprinkle of shredded cheese

Step 1 – Preheat
Air Fryer: 320°F (160°C)
Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line a tray with parchment paper
Step 2 – Make the Dough
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and egg until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Step 3 – Shape
Roll the dough into 10–12 small balls. Lightly press each into mini bagel shapes or leave them as bites. Add toppings if desired.
