* 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
* 4 oz cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* 2–3 jalapeños, sliced (seeds removed for mild, keep for spicy)

* ½ tsp onion powder
* 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into long strips.
4. Spread a thin layer of cheese mixture down the center of each strip.
