Ingredients:
* 2 cups pickle chunks or whole small pickles
* 1/2 cup pickle juice
* 1/4 cup hot sauce
* 1 tbsp lime juice
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1 tbsp honey (optional, for balance)
* 1/4 cup chopped jalapeΓ±os
Instructions:
1. Place pickles in a bowl or jar.
2. In a small saucepan, combine pickle juice, hot sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, cayenne, black pepper, and honey.
3. Heat gently until combined, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
4. Pour the mixture over the pickles and add chopped jalapeΓ±os.
5. Toss or shake well to coat everything evenly.
6. Refrigerate for at least 1β2 hours before serving for maximum flavor.
