Ingredients:
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
1 bell pepper, red, sliced

Broccoli florets 1 cup
Snap peas (1 cup)
Medium carrot thinly sliced (1)
Garlic three cloves minced
Fresh ginger one tablespoon minced
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
Sesame oil one teaspoonful
Cornstarch mixed with water two tablespoons in one tablespoonful (thickening)
Cooked rice/noodles are served for it.
