In a large bowl, combine smoked brisket, cream cheese, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.

Step 2: Assemble the Egg Rolls

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape. Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling in the center.
