Texas Twinkies Filling

  • 2 cups smoked brisket, pulled or finely chopped
    (pulled pork or shredded chicken can be substituted)

  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese

  • 2–3 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Egg Rolls

  • 12–15 egg roll wrappers

  • Water or egg wash (for sealing)

  • Vegetable or canola oil (for frying)

Honey Drizzle / Honey Dip

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • 1 tablespoon warm water or melted butter

  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes for heat
