Strawberry Shortcake Easter Egg Bombs

1. Make the Chocolate Egg Shells

  1. Melt the chocolate gently (microwave or double boiler).
  2. Spoon chocolate into egg molds and spread evenly.
  3. Chill in the fridge until hardened.
  4. Carefully remove from molds.

2. Prepare the Filling

  1. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  4. Gently mix in chopped strawberries.

3. Make the Crumble

  1. Combine crushed cookies with melted butter.
  2. Mix until it resembles a crumbly texture.

4. Assemble the Egg Bombs

  1. Fill each chocolate egg half with cheesecake mixture.
  2. Add a layer of crumble.
  3. Seal halves together using a little melted chocolate.
  4. Chill until set.

5. Decorate

  1. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  2. Sprinkle crushed strawberries or crumbs on top.
