1/2 cup rolled oats
3 large eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt)
1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, feta, or mozzarella)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Optional: chopped herbs (parsley, chives), diced bell peppers, or cooked bacon bits
