Heat a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to the skillet and allow it to melt without disturbing.
Top the melted cheese with a tortilla, gently pressing the tortilla into the cheese. When the cheese starts to brown, carefully flip the tortilla, ensuring the cheese adheres to it.

Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in the middle of the tortilla and top with about 6 slices of pepperoni.
Carefully roll the tortilla from one side to the other.
