1. Prepare the Dough
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
2. Shape and Bake
- Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Scoop dough into each cavity.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
3. Add Peanut Butter Cups
- Immediately press a peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
