Oreo Balls / Truffles

Place the entire cookies (filling included) in a food processor.

Pulse until fine crumbs form.

If you don’t have a processor, place them in a sealed bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Step 2: Mix with Cream Cheese

In a bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese.

Mix until fully blended and smooth.

The mixture should be thick and moldable.


Step 3: Shape into Balls

Roll mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.


Step 4: Melt the Chocolate

Melt chocolate in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.

Do not overheat.


Step 5: Dip the Truffles

Using a fork or dipping tool, coat each ball in melted chocolate.

Let excess chocolate drip off.

Return to parchment paper.


Step 6: Decorate

While chocolate is still wet, add sprinkles or crushed cookies.

Let set completely at room temperature or refrigerate to speed up.
