4. Prepare the Chocolate Topping
- Heat cream until hot.
- Pour over chocolate and let sit.
- Stir until smooth and glossy.
5. Assemble and Chill
- Pour chocolate over caramel layer.
- Smooth the top evenly.
- Refrigerate for 4–6 hours until fully set.
6. Serve
- Slice with a warm knife for clean layers.
- Drizzle extra caramel or chocolate if desired.
