Monster Cookie Dough Balls

→ Dough Ingredients

6 tbsp butter, at room temperature
2 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

→ Mix-ins

1 cup mini M&M’s, divided
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter chips

Steps

In a large mixing bowl, mix butter, cream cheese, and peanut butter until well combined.

Add vanilla extract, light brown sugar, and powdered sugar to the mixture, and mix until fully blended.

Mix in quick-cooking oats and all-purpose flour until everything is evenly incorporated.

Gently fold in 1/2 cup of mini M&M’s, mini chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips.

Roll the dough into approximately 1-inch balls. Pour the remaining 1/2 cup of mini M&M’s onto a plate and roll the dough balls in the M&M’s until evenly coated. Add more M&M’s as needed.

Refrigerate the dough balls for at least 1 hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator after preparation.
