  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)

  • ⅓ cup water

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack

  • ½ cup cooked rice (optional, for extra filling)

  • ½ cup canned black beans, drained (optional)


For Assembly

  • 8 large flour tortillas

  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil (for cooking)
