Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

  3. Prepare brownie batter (box or homemade).

  4. Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of batter into each liner — about one-third full.

  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes (par-baked, not fully baked). Remove and set aside.


Step 2: Make Cheesecake Filling

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add sugar and mix again.

  3. Beat in eggs one at a time.

  4. Add vanilla and sour cream (or heavy cream). Mix until creamy.


Step 3: Assemble Cups

  1. Pour cheesecake mixture over brownie base, filling each cup almost to the top.

  2. Tap tray gently to release air bubbles.


Step 4: Bake

  1. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 18–22 minutes, until centers are just set (slightly jiggly).

  2. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.

  3. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.


Step 5: Load with Toppings

Now comes the fun! Add:

  • Chocolate or caramel drizzle

  • Crushed cookies or candy

  • Whipped cream

  • Nuts or sprinkles
