cheesy ground beef and broccoli baked together until bubbly and golden… this is the casserole that the whole family cleans off the pan every single time
🌶️ Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 cups broccoli florets, chopped small
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
½ cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ onion, diced
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt, pepper and onion powder to taste
💁 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F, grease a 9×13 baking dish
2️⃣ Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high, cook onion 2 min then brown ground beef — break apart and cook 5 min, drain grease
3️⃣ Add garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper — stir 30 seconds
4️⃣ Drop cream cheese and heavy cream into the skillet, stir until cream cheese melts into a smooth sauce
5️⃣ Toss broccoli florets straight into the beef mixture, stir everything together and pour into baking dish
6️⃣ Top generously with shredded cheddar, bake 18–20 min until bubbly and golden on top
☑️ Quick Tips:
Cut broccoli small so it cooks through evenly in the oven
Add a sprinkle of bacon crumbles on top before baking for next level flavor
