Blueberry Cheesecake Cottage Cheese Ice Cream 

A creamy high-protein frozen treat with sweet blueberries and cheesecake flavor.
Ingredients:
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup frozen blueberries
3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp crushed graham crackers (optional topping)
Instructions:
Add cottage cheese, frozen blueberries, maple syrup, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to a blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container.
Freeze for 2–3 hours, stirring once halfway through for a creamier texture.
Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping if fully frozen.
Top with crushed graham crackers before serving if desired.
Store covered in the freezer for up to 1 week.
