Bake for 22–25 minutes or until the center is mostly set.
The brownies should still appear slightly soft in the middle because they continue firming as they cool.

Step 8: Cool and Slice
Remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes.
For cleaner slices, refrigerate them for 30 minutes before cutting.
