A soft, flourless bread alternative that’s simple and versatile.
Ingredients:
• 3 large eggs (separated)
• 3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
• Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a clean bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, mix egg yolks with cream cheese and salt until smooth.
Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture in batches (keep it light and airy).
Spoon into small rounds on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden.
Let cool completely—they firm up as they cool.
