Juicy Garlic Butter Pork Chops

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the pork chops and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  6. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the pork chops continuously for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and optional fresh herbs.
  8. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
