- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Spoon the melted garlic butter over the pork chops continuously for 1–2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and optional fresh herbs.
- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
