Broccoli
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
Base (Choose One)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- or roasted potatoes
- or mashed potatoes
Cheese Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 150g cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: pinch of chili flakes
