Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips 

Thin, crunchy chips with a savory bite.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd works best)
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
• 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon small portions of cottage cheese onto the sheet and spread into thin circles.
Sprinkle parmesan, garlic powder, and salt on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let cool completely—they crisp up as they cool.
