Following these easy steps will help you create a perfect chocolate peanut butter protein shake that looks just like the ones you see in professional food photos.
First you need to get your blender ready and make sure the blades are clean because this is where all the ingredients will come together to create that famous smooth texture.
Take your empty serving glass or a tall jar and drizzle the sugar free chocolate syrup inside the glass so it runs down the sides in beautiful dark streaks for a fancy look.

Place the ice cubes into the blender jar first because putting the heavy items at the bottom helps the blades crush the ice more efficiently for a slushy feel.
Measure out the two tablespoons of powdered peanut butter and add them directly on top of the ice cubes in the blender.
Add the tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder if you decided to use it for that extra dark and intense chocolate experience.
Pour the entire container of the chocolate protein shake over the powders and the ice so the liquid helps the blender start moving without getting stuck.
Add the tiny pinch of sea salt into the mix now because salt is a secret ingredient that actually makes sweet things taste much more powerful and delicious.
Secure the lid on your blender very tightly to avoid any messy splashes and start the machine on a low speed to begin breaking up the solid ice.
Slowly increase the speed to high and blend the mixture for about forty five to sixty seconds until you can no longer hear any ice chunks hitting the sides of the jar.
Stop the blender and check the thickness of your shake with a spoon to see if it is exactly how you like it to be.
If the shake is too thick for your straw you can add a small splash of unsweetened almond milk and pulse the blender a few more times to mix it in.
Pour the thick and creamy shake into your decorated glass very carefully so you do not disturb the chocolate patterns you made on the glass walls.
Finish the drink by sprinkling the crushed peanuts over the top of the foam and perhaps adding one more tiny drizzle of chocolate syrup for extra beauty.
Put a reusable straw in the glass and serve your masterpiece immediately while it is still perfectly cold and frothy.
