Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Bars

1. Make the Brownie Base

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter until smooth.
  3. Whisk in sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Pour into a lined baking pan.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes.
  8. Let cool completely.

2. Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer

  1. Beat peanut butter and butter until creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Mix until smooth and thick.
  4. Spread evenly over cooled brownie base.

3. Add Chocolate Topping

  1. Heat cream and pour over chocolate.
  2. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  3. Pour over peanut butter layer and spread evenly.

4. Chill and Slice

  1. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
  2. Cut into bars using a warm knife for clean edges.
