Keto Pizza Roll-Ups 

Cheesy, low-carb rolls filled with classic pizza goodness.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 tbsp cream cheese
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/4 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free if needed)
• 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni slices
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 45–60 seconds). Stir until smooth.
Add almond flour, baking powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix into a dough.
Roll dough between parchment paper into a thin rectangle.
Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough.
Add pepperoni slices across the surface.
Roll tightly into a log, then slice into small rounds.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
Let cool slightly before serving.
