Preheat the oven to 375° F if baking.
Spread pizza sauce onto each tortilla and add shredded mozzarella cheese along with your desired toppings. Avoid overstuffing and leave space around the edges to fold them properly.
Fold the tortillas like burritos by tucking in the corners first, then rolling them tightly. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet or air fryer tray.

Combine 1/3 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt with melted butter. Brush the mixture generously onto each burrito.
Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese over the buttered burritos.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp. Alternatively, cook in the air fryer at 375° F for about 7 minutes, monitoring closely.
Let burritos cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy them plain or with extra pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
