Brownie Base
- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 200g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 120g flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Peanut Butter Layer
- 250g creamy peanut butter
- 100g butter (softened)
- 200g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Topping
- 200g chocolate
- 2 tbsp butter or 100ml heavy cream

1. Make the Brownie Base
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Melt chocolate and butter until smooth.
- Whisk in sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Pour into a lined baking pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
2. Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer
- Beat peanut butter and butter until creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Mix until thick and smooth.
- Spread evenly over cooled brownie base.
3. Add Chocolate Topping
- Melt chocolate with butter or cream.
- Stir until smooth and glossy.
- Pour over peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
4. Chill and Slice
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
- Cut into bars using a warm knife.
