Directions:
Step 1: Blend the Cottage Cheese
Place the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Combine with Mozzarella
Transfer to a bowl and mix with the shredded mozzarella until a sticky dough forms.
Step 3: Shape the Breadsticks
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop portions of the mixture and shape them into thin breadstick logs.
Step 4: Bake Until Golden
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
