Instructions
1. Make the Brownie Base
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Melt chocolate and butter until smooth.
- Whisk in sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Spread batter into a round pan (pizza-style).
- Bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
2. Prepare the Peanut Butter Frosting
- Beat peanut butter and butter until creamy.
- Add powdered sugar gradually.
- Mix in vanilla and milk until smooth and spreadable.
3. Assemble the Pizza
- Spread peanut butter frosting over cooled brownie base.
- Drizzle melted chocolate or ganache on top.
- Add toppings evenly across the surface.
4. Slice and Serve
- Cut like a pizza into wedges.
- Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
