  • ½ cup whole milk

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    • 1 tablespoon flour

    • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth

    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • Optional: 1 tablespoon heavy cream for a richer finish
