Crispy edges, a soft center, and 20g protein per crust? Yes please! This easy pizza base uses cottage cheese and eggs — no flour, no yeast, no hassle. Perfect for a quick, healthy pizza night your audience will love
1 cup cottage cheese (225 g) – blended smooth for best texture
2 large eggs (100 g without shell)
1 tsp olive oil (5 ml) – for greasing
½ tsp garlic powder (1.4 g) (optional)
½ tsp dried oregano (0.5 g) (optional)
Step 1: Blend the Base
Blend the cottage cheese and eggs until completely smooth. If using, mix in garlic powder and oregano for extra flavor.
Step 2: Cook the Crust
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil.
Pour in the batter and spread it into a thin, even circle. Cook for 4–5 minutes until set and golden, then flip and cook another 3–4 minutes.
Step 3: Make It Extra Crispy
Transfer the cooked crust onto a baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes to crisp it up even more.
Step 4: Add Your Toppings
Spread marinara sauce, sprinkle cheese, and add your favorite toppings.
Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Step 5: Slice & Serve
Cut into slices and enjoy warm — crispy, cheesy, and completely guilt-free!
Use parchment paper when baking to prevent sticking and boost crispiness
