Keto Lasagna Bake

Keto Lasagna Bake 🧀
🌶️ Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
½ cup parmesan, grated
1 can (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ onion, diced
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
💁 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F, grease a 9×13 baking dish
2️⃣ Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high, cook onion 2 min then add beef and sausage — brown and break apart 6 min, drain grease
3️⃣ Add garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper — stir 30 seconds then pour in crushed tomatoes, simmer 5 min
4️⃣ Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella and parmesan together in a bowl until combined
5️⃣ Spread half the meat sauce in the baking dish, dollop ricotta mixture evenly over the top, spread remaining meat sauce over the ricotta
6️⃣ Blanket with remaining mozzarella, bake 25–28 min until bubbly and golden on top — rest 5 min before serving

☑️ Quick Tips:
Let it rest before cutting so layers hold together when serving
Add thinly sliced zucchini between layers for extra texture if desired
