A soft, spiced cake with warm chai flavor.
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups almond flour
• 3 large eggs
• 1/3 cup honey or sugar-free sweetener
• 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp cardamom
• 1/4 tsp cloves (optional)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a cake pan.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, sweetener, melted butter, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
Add almond flour, spices, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
Let cool before slicing.
