The Viral Spicy Chopped Italian Sandwich Everyone’s Obsessed With 

Ingredients:
3 cups (90 g) romaine lettuce, torn
6 slices Calabrian soppressata or spicy salami
4 slices mortadella
4 slices spicy capicollo
1 ball (100 g) fresh mozzarella
2 grilled bell peppers, drained
2 tablespoons mixed spicy vegetable antipasto
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 submarine buns (9-inch / 23 cm)
Instructions:
On a large cutting board, add lettuce, soppressata, mortadella, capicollo, mozzarella, and bell peppers.
Finely chop everything together until well combined.
Add antipasto, mayonnaise, oregano, honey, and red wine vinegar.
Chop again until the mixture is evenly mixed and slightly creamy.
Slice the submarine buns horizontally without cutting all the way through.
Open the buns and fill generously with the chopped mixture.
Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately.
