A quick, low-carb snack with a golden crust and soft, cheesy center.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup almond flour (or oat flour)
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix blended cottage cheese, mozzarella, almond flour, garlic powder, and salt until combined.
Form into small stick shapes (slightly wet hands help).
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place sticks in the basket lined with parchment (don’t overcrowd).
Air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
Let cool for a few minutes—they firm up as they cool.
Serve warm.
