2-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Cheese Sticks 

Simple, protein-packed sticks with a cheesy bite.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Mix cottage cheese with mozzarella until fully combined.
Spread mixture into a rectangle on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until set and lightly golden.
Let cool slightly, then slice into sticks.
Serve warm or let cool for a firmer texture.
