6 Crispy Potato Wedge Recipes

Ingredients:
• 800 g potatoes, cut into wedges
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & black pepper
• 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
• Parsley or green onions

Instructions:
Season the wedges with oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
Brush or drizzle BBQ sauce over the wedges.
Bake for 5 more minutes until glossy.
Finish with parsley or green onions.
